The library wishes to inform you that the annual quota (2026) of APCs available for open-access publication under the transformative agreement with Wiley is nearing its limit.

APCs (article processing charges) are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis; therefore, remaining applications will be approved in the order in which eligible requests are received.

Please note that this quota limit does not affect the publisher’s decision to publish. Once the quota is exhausted, articles may be published free of charge via subscription or, should authors choose this route, made available in open access upon payment of the APC.
