The library wishes to inform that the annual quota (2026) of APCs available for open-access publication under the transformative agreement with the publisher ACS is nearing its limit.

The allocation of available APCs (article processing charges) is on a first-come, first-served basis; therefore, remaining applications will be approved in the order in which eligible applications are received.

We would like to remind you that this quota limit has no impact on the publisher’s decision to publish. Once the quota has been exhausted, articles may be published free of charge via subscription or, should authors choose this option, made available in open access upon payment of the APC.
