The Library announces a new option for forwarding requests on Elsevier’s open access platform, which will allow requests to be moved to other institutions.

Selecting the ‘What’s new’ option will display the new feature that allows you to move requests to the correct institutions. Can I transfer an article to another institution? | Elsevier Open Access Platform Support Centre.

This feature allows you to avoid rejection of requests that are eligible under other affiliations and, thus, avoid automatic billing for eligible articles within the available quota.
